Google service to provide the world with free internet starts from Sri Lanka
We talked previously about Google's intention to provide the world with free internet through its "Project Loon" project, which seeks to provide the world and its remote areas specifically with free internet service.
And Google has already signed an agreement with officials in the state of “Sri Lanka” so that this country will be the first in the world that will benefit from free internet service in all its parts, and Google will launch balloons floating in the sky 20 kilometers from the surface of the earth and each balloon is capable of Covering an area of 40 km.
The Minister of Communications in "Sri Lanka" that the Google service to provide the country with free Internet will start by March 2016 and will provide a high LTE connection to the Internet.
This will be the first test from Google for the "Project Lawon" project to provide the world with free internet, and if the company succeeds in the success of its first tests, this will allow the project to be expanded to include the rest of the world.
