وزير التعليم العالي في قرارات اليوم: هدفنا هو مصلحة الطلاب والمحافظة على صحتهم
وتعليقًا على قرارات اليوم للفصل الثاني ، قال وزير التعليم العالي د. خالد عبد الغفار: "لا نريد المخاطرة بصحة وسلامة الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية".
وأضاف خالد عبد الغفار ، في مقابلة هاتفية مع الصحفي أحمد موسى في برنامج "على مسؤوليتي" الذي يبث على قناة "صدى الوطن" ، أننا درسنا جميع السيناريوهات المقدمة وخاطبنا مكاتبنا في أمريكا وإنجلترا وفرنسا. واتصلنا بالدول العربية لمعرفة أفضل سيناريو مطبق على الفصل الثاني والثاني في الجامعات.
وتابع خالد عبد الغفار: "لقد اتخذنا قرارات للحفاظ على الطلاب والحفاظ على الخدمة الأكاديمية في الكليات المختلفة".
وتابع خالد عبد الغفار: "تستمر السنة الدراسية حتى نهايتها والفصل الدراسي المختلف من كلية إلى أخرى. ولسنوات النقل في جميع الكليات ، سيتم إلغاء الامتحانات التحريرية والشفوية ، وسيتم تعويضهم بالبحث مشاريع أو اختبارات إلكترونية ".
قرر المجلس الأعلى للجامعات ، في جلسته اليوم السبت ، مصير الدراسة والامتحانات للفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الجامعي 2019/2020 ، في إطار تطورات الوضع العالمي لانتشار كورونا الجديد. كما بدأ المجلس جلسته لمراجعة قرارات رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 606 لسنة 2020 بشأن تعليق كافة الأنشطة التي تتطلب حضور أي تجمعات كبيرة من المواطنين و 717 لسنة 2020 بشأن تعليق الدراسات في جميع المدارس والمعاهد والجامعات ، و 768 لعام 2020 بشأن خطة الدولة الشاملة لحماية المواطنين من أي تداعيات محتملة لفيروس كورونا الجديد والقرار رقم 852 لعام 2020.
ناقش المجلس جميع البدائل المتاحة لمواصلة العملية التعليمية من أجل تحقيق المتطلبات الأساسية والحد الأدنى من المعايير لاستكمال المناهج ، في ضوء الاختلاف في طبيعة ونظام الدراسة وطريقة إجراء الامتحانات في الكليات المختلفة ، بينما الالتزام بالإجراءات التي تتخذها الدولة للحد من انتشار الفيروس.
قرر المجلس استكمال مناهج نظام التعليم عن بعد حتى يوم الخميس الموافق 4/30/2020 لجميع لجان الدراسة. بالنسبة لدراسة الساعات أو النقاط المعتمدة ، يتم حساب الفترة التي تم فيها إكمال الدراسة بهذه الطريقة من الساعات أو النقاط المعتمدة التي حققها الطلاب.

Commenting on today's decisions for the second semester, Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar: "We do not want to risk the health and safety of students and faculty members of Egyptian universities."
Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, in a telephone interview with journalist Ahmed Moussa on the "On My Responsibility" program, which is broadcast on the "Echo of the Nation" channel, added that we studied all the presented scenarios and addressed our offices in America, England and France. We contacted the Arab countries to know the best scenario applied to the second and second semesters in universities.
Khaled Abdel Ghaffar continued: "We made decisions to preserve students and maintain academic service in various colleges."
Khaled Abdul Ghaffar continued: "The school year continues until the end of it and the different semester from one college to another. For the years of transportation in all colleges, written and oral exams will be canceled, and they will be compensated by researching electronic projects or tests."
In its session today, Saturday, the Supreme Council of Universities decided the fate of study and exams for the second semester of the academic year 2019/2020, in the context of developments in the global situation of the new Corona proliferation. The Council also started its session to review the decisions of the Prime Minister No. 606 of 2020 regarding the suspension of all activities that require the attendance of any large gatherings of citizens, 717 of 2020 regarding the suspension of studies in all schools, institutes and universities, and 768 of 2020 regarding the comprehensive state plan to protect citizens from any Possible fallout from the new Corona virus and Resolution No. 852 of 2020.
The Council discussed all available alternatives to continue the educational process in order to achieve the basic requirements and minimum standards for completing the curricula, in light of the difference in the nature and system of study and the way examinations are conducted in different colleges, while adhering to the measures taken by the state to limit the spread of the virus.
The Council decided to complete the curricula of the distance education system until Thursday 4/30/2020 for all study groups. For the study of credit hours or points, the period in which the study was completed in this manner is calculated from the credit hours or points achieved by students.
