المتحدث باسم الحكومة: التاكسى والميكروباص لا يشملهم إجراءات يوم "شم النسيم"
قال المستشار نادر سعد المتحدث باسم رئيس الوزراء إن بعض المواطنين بدأوا بالتخلي عن الإجراءات الوقائية اللازمة لمواجهة فيروس كورونا الجديد ، وهذا واضح في الشوارع التي شهدت حشودًا كبيرة وحشودًا لم تظهر منذ المصريين. وأعلنت وزارة الصحة عن انتشار الفيروس ، مشيرة إلى أن بعض المحافظات أقامت نقاط تفتيش على الطرق المؤدية للمحافظة لمنع الحافلات للانتقال إلى المدن الساحلية ، وهي إجراءات احترازية.
أضاف المتحدث الرسمي لرئيس الوزراء ، خلال محادثة هاتفية مع وسائل الإعلام ، ريهام إبراهيم ، في برنامج "من مصر ، الذي يبث على قناة سي بي سي ، أن السيارات الخاصة لم تمنع من الانتقال إلى المدن ، ولكن ذلك في أي مكان يمكن أن تكون التجمعات في أي محافظة ساحلية أو غير ساحلية ، مما يشير إلى أن الحافلات الصغيرة والسيارات الخاصة وسيارات الأجرة غير مشمولة بقرارات حظر التجول التي تتخذها الحكومة ، ولكنها تشمل فقط وسائل النقل العام التي يمثلها المترو وحافلات النقل العام.
وأوضح المستشار نادر سعد أن إجراءات الحظر الجزئي قد تمتد إلى رمضان لاستكمال النجاح الذي حققته الحكومة حتى الآن خلال شهر رمضان ، وأن الوقت الذي تحدده لجنة الأزمات التي ستعقد الأسبوع المقبل ، مشيراً إلى أن رمضان "هدية" لمجيئه في هذا الوقت. لأن الناس عادة ما يتواجدون في الشارع بأعداد صغيرة خلال نهار رمضان ، ومن المتوقع أن يستمر الحظر الجزئي ليلاً ، لذلك من المتوقع أن تكون الحركة قليلة في الشوارع طوال الشهر الكريم.

Because people are usually present on the street in small numbers during the day in Ramadan, the partial ban is expected to continue at night, so movement is expected to be few in the streets throughout the holy month.
